Sandhill Cranes on the wing.
Great to see the pair of Barred Owls in the park.
We can wander over to the birds and they often stroll over to us. The converted railway lines that are now public, multi-use trails are amazing places to cycle or walk. Various sections provide different views and foliage. The railway marker posts showing mileage and elevation changes remain along the trails as a totem to their history.
This train post has seen better days.
